de Winter ST/T wave complex，代表的是proximal LAD totalocclusion，

From Robbert J. de Winter (N Engl J Med 2008; 359:2071-2073 )

1. ST depression >1mm up-sloping at the J point in leads V1-V6, that is continued into tall, positive,

symmetric T waves. The tall symmetric T wave persisted until preprocedual ECG was performed and

angiographic evidence of occluded LAD obtained (i.e., 30-50mins)

2. Normal QRS duration or only slightly widened

3. In some patients, loss of precordial R-wave progression

4. In most patients, 1- to 2-mm ST-elevation in lead aVR

這樣的ECG 表現約占前壁梗塞患者的2%

病人應接受緊急心導管檢查及治療。
